Graduate Degree Programs

This year, UCF approved two new doctoral programs:

• Doctor of Philosophy in Economics
• Doctor of Philosophy in Sociology

In addition, six new master's programs are available:

• Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing
• Master of Fine Arts in Film and Digital Media
• Master of Arts in Film and Digital Media
• Master of Science in Digital Media
• Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy
• Master of Arts in Anthropology - beginning Fall 2006

Eight new graduate degree tracks were also created in the following programs:

• Hospitality Education track in Ph.D. in Education
• E-Learning track in the M.A. in Instructional Technology
• Computer Networking track in the M.S. in Computer Engineering
• Clinical Nurse Leader track in the M.S. in Nursing
• Nurse Educator track in the M.S. in Nursing
• Professional M.B.A. track
• Accelerated undergraduate/graduate program tracks in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering

Graduate Certificate Programs

UCF also added three graduate certificate programs:

• Instructional Design for Simulations
• Cognitive Sciences
• Autism Spectrum Disorders

Doctoral Fellowships

UCF's most prestigious fellowships are the Trustees Doctoral Fellowships. Trustees Doctoral Fellowships provide an $18,000 fellowship and full tuition in the first and second years to support the most qualified doctoral applicants to UCF. For complete details, go to Trustees Doctoral Fellowship.

Provost's Fellowships

The Provost's Fellowship offers a $10,000 fellowship with full tuition for one year to outstanding master's and doctoral applicants to UCF. For more information, go to Provost's Fellowships.
