UCF Graduate Housing: Cost Analysis

The College of Graduate Studies recognizes the challenges UCF graduate students face when searching for affordable housing. We are committed to exploring alternatives to provide them with economical housing options, including accommodations suitable for those with families.

To assist students in their search for affordable housing, we have surveyed the local area and produced a map of the median cost of single-bedroom apartments within a 15-30 mile radius of our four primary campuses: Main Campus (4000 Central Blvd, Orlando, FL 32817), Downtown Campus (500 W Livingston St, Orlando, FL 32801), Medical City Campus (6850 Lake Nona Blvd. Orlando, FL 32827), and the Rosen Hospitality Campus (9907 Universal Blvd, Orlando, FL 32819).

This map provides a comprehensive overview of the average monthly costs for one-bedroom apartments by zip code and the location of enrolled students from each campus. We hope this information proves to be a valuable resource for students seeking housing tailored to their needs.
