Statement

The events unfolding in the Ukraine are unsettling for many, but absolutely life-altering for those impacted directly or who have extended family in the region. We know many of you are feeling anxious and worried. We at the College of Graduate Studies are here for you.

If your mental health is being impacted by world events or other circumstances, UCF has several resources for our graduate community. Our Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) provides a safe and confidential space for you. Please contact us at 407-823-2811 or stop by during business hours. After hours, press 5 for immediate assistance to talk to a therapist. You also are encouraged to utilize our free on-line service called TAO Self Help.

The College earlier this year also launched a web course called ‘Plan for Well-Being’ that offers valuable short videos and other resources that may helpful. You may access this course through this link: https://webcourses.ucf.edu/enroll/LGBMY4.

Again our thoughts and prayers are with everyone who is feeling stressed in these unsettled times. If there is anything the College of Graduate Studies can do to assist you beyond the resources above, please reach out at gradservices@ucf.edu.
