Thesis/Dissertation Defense Announcement Form

Students must complete this form to submit their final thesis or dissertation defense announcement. The form routes to the chair and program before review by the College of Graduate Studies. Submit at least three weeks before the defense; announcements are required at least two weeks in advance.
