I just changed my first/last name. What is the process for updating my UCF records?

Answer:

Complete and return the Change of Name form to the Registrar’s Office (Millican Hall, RM 161) to change your name in your student record at UCF. The form can be found on the CGS Forms and References Page: https://graduate.ucf.edu/forms-and-references/.

If you’re a current or former UCF employee, reference the instructions found on the Change of Name form.
