Czech Republic — Graduate Admission Document Requirements

Document requirements and equivalency information may vary from institution to institution within a given country.  As a result, we may require additional information depending on the specific institution and educational system.

If your academic documents are written in a language other than English, a certified translation in English must be provided together with the original language records.  Any translated record should be literal and not an interpretive translation.  All documentation submitted in a language other than English must be accompanied by a literal translation performed by a certified translator at the issuing institution, government agency, or by a translator certified by the American Translators Association.

Documents

  • Degree or Graduation Certificate/Diploma

    Official Attested degree or graduation certificate/diploma showing degree conferred and date awarded.

  • Transcript/Diploma Supplement

    Official transcript of courses/subjects taken and grades/marks earned, or diploma supplement.

  • Translation

    A certified English translation if your documents are not in English. Translations should be literal (precise word-for-word) not interpretive.

Bachelor Equivalent

  • Bachelor Degree

    A Bachelor’s degree consisting of four or more years of study.

  • Bakalavr

    Awarded after completion of 4 years of post-secondary study.

  • Absolvent/Promovany/Inzenyr/Akademicky Architekt

    Awarded after at least 4 years of full time study.
